These are personalized services that are provided at the time of consultation and cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Once a service has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" as it is an experience rather than a physical product.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling available
  • 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling subject to availability
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund, but rescheduling may be available at our discretion
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund will be provided

Our Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

  • Provide you with as much advance notice as possible
  • Offer a full refund if you cannot reschedule
  • Work with you to find an alternative appointment time

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Service cancellation on our part
  • Documented service quality issues that we are unable to resolve

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been completed and delivered
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment
  • No-shows or missed appointments
  • Services where the client is unsatisfied with styling recommendations but the service was delivered as described

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Provide your booking reference and reason for cancellation
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify your service package after booking:

  • Upgrades to a higher-value package can be arranged by paying the difference
  • Downgrades to a lower-value package may be subject to cancellation fees based on timing
  • All modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality styling services. If you are not satisfied with your service experience, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer:

  • A follow-up consultation to address specific concerns
  • Additional guidance or clarification on recommendations
  • In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund at our discretion

Please note that differences in personal style preferences do not constitute grounds for a refund if the service was delivered professionally and as described.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or service issue:

  2. We will review your case and attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution

Payment Terms

Payment is typically required at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our pricing, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide appropriate alternatives.
